• Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery

To qualify for a return:

• Item must be in original packaging
• All accessories and components must be included

Exchanges

• Exchanges are accepted for eligible items

• Returns are handled by mail

Return Label

• Return labels are available for download at no cost

Restocking Fee

• A 25% restocking fee applies to all non-defective returns

Refunds

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method
• Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after inspection and approval

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
• Provide photos and order details
• We will resolve the issue with a replacement or refund

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items may not be eligible for return, including:

• Items missing original packaging or components
